定義(Description): 本品は、酵母の一種Pichia pastoris によって産生させた単鎖の遺伝子組換ヒトペプチドである。出発遺伝子は、コラーゲンα－１（Ⅲ）のコードを持ち、宿主が使用できるようにしたヒト遺伝子に類似するように合成したものである。そのペプチドは、ジスルフィド結合と糖鎖付加の両方又はいずれか一方を含む最大で１４６６個のアミノ酸からなり、固有のアミノ酸配列を持つ。sh-Polypeptide-123 is a single chain recombinant human peptide, produced by fermentation in Pichia pastoris. The starting gene is synthesized to be similar to the human gene which codes for Collagen Alpha-1 (III) Chain used as such or adapted to the production host. It contains a maximum of 1466 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of all or part of the 20 standard amino acids.
