定義(Description): 本品は、大腸菌 E. coli によって産生させた単鎖の遺伝子組換ヒトペプチドである。出発遺伝子は、コラーゲンα－１（ＸＸⅠ）鎖のコードを持ち、宿主が使用できるようにしたヒト遺伝子の合成複製物である。そのペプチドは、ジスルフィド結合と糖鎖付加の両方又はいずれか一方を含む最大で９５７個のアミノ酸からなり、固有のアミノ酸配列を持つ。sh-Polypeptide-121 is a single chain recombinant human peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized to be identical to the human gene which codes for Collagen alpha-1(XXI) chain used such or adapted to the production host. It contains a maximum of 957 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
