定義(Description): 本品は、チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞 (CHO) 又は大腸菌のいずれかによって産生させた単鎖のヒト遺伝子組換ペプチドである。出発遺伝子は、宿主が使用できるようにしたラミニンサブユニットγ－１のコードを持ち、ヒト細胞から直接単離されたものである。そのペプチドは、ジスルフィド結合と糖鎖付加の両方又はいずれか一方を含む最大で１６０９個のアミノ酸からなり、固有のアミノ酸配列を持つ。rh-Polypeptide-115 is a single chain recombinant human peptide, produced by fermentation in either Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) or E. coli. The starting gene is directly isolated from a human cell which codes for Laminin Subunit Gamma-1 used as such or adapted to the production host. It contains a maximum of 1609 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
